When is the LLCEC?
LLCEC 2019 Dates: July 21, 2019 – July 26, 2019
Where is the LLCEC?
This year the LLCEC will be at Berea College in Berea, KY. (See pg. 4 & 5 for directions)
When do I arrive?
Participants must arrive July 21, 2019 between 1:00pm-2:00pm. No earlier.
Parents are encouraged to attend a Parent/Mentor workshop between 2:00pm-3:00pm.
When will the LLCEC end?
Students must be picked up no later than July 26, 2019 at 7:30pm.
Parents are encouraged to attend the special closing ceremony at 5:00pm.

What Should I Bring to the LLCEC?
(Keep in mind that you we will be walking a lot)
NOTE: Cell Phones are not permitted in classrooms or during presentations. You will only be able to use them during free time and after evening activities/meetings.
KEYS: Each student will be issued a room key for their dorm. If a key is lost, the cost of the key ($75.00) will be the responsibility of the student.

AVISO: Celulares no serán permitidos durante clases y presentaciones. Los podrán usar solamente durante “tiempo libre” o después de las sesiones de la noche.
LLAVES: Estudiantes recibirán su propia llave para entrar y salir del dormitorio. Si uno pierde la llave, el estudiante responsable tendría que pagar una multa de $75.00.

Directions
If traveling south on I-75, take exit 77 and turn left to proceed southeastward on KY-595. At the second traffic light turn right on Walnut Meadow Pike (KY-595) and continue past the Kentucky Artisan Center for approximately two miles until you reach campus. Turn right on Ellipse Street. In approximately half a mile turn left on Campus Dr. Drive to end of Campus Dr.
If traveling north on I-75, take exit 76 and turn right to proceed east on KY-21. Proceed approximately one mile until you reach campus. Turn left on Ellipse Street. Take immediate right on Campus Dr. Drive to end of Campus Dr.

Llegando al segundo semáforo de vuelta a la izquierda en Walnut Meadow Pike (KY-595) y continúe pasando el Kentucky Artisan Center por aproximadamente 2 millas. Cuando llegue al semáforo de vuelta a la derecha en Ellipse St. En aproximadamente media milla de vuelta a la izquierda en Campus Dr. Siga la calla hasta el final.
Viajando norte en I-75, tome la salida 76 y de vuelta hacia la derecha en KY-21. En aproximadamente una milla de vuelta hacia la izquierda en Ellipse Street. Inmediatamente de vuelta hacia la derecha en Campus Dr. Siga la calle hasta el final.

What Should I Bring to the LLCEC?

- 7 shirts /t-shirts
- 7 pairs of pants or shorts
- Underwear / Under garmets for 7 days
- Socks
- Comfortable shoes (waterproof shoes in case it rains)
- Sweatshirt, hoodie and/or jacket
- Nice Outfit for pictures and Graduation
- Exercise /Athletic clothes for exercise activity
- Shower shoes
- Sleep wear / Pajamas (including bath robe)
- Sleeping bag or sheets and blankets for dorm bed
- Rain gear (i.e., umbrella, poncho, rain coat)
- Pillows
- Towels and washcloths
- Toiletries for daily personal hygiene (e.g., soap, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, makeup, etc)
- (Shared Snacks) 3 boxes of your favorite snacks, 1 6-pack/2-liter of your favorite soft drink, and a 12-pack of water

- 7 camisas/camisetas
- 7 pantalones o 7 chores/pantalones cortos
- Ropa deportiva
- Abrigo/chaqueta
- Vestido, traje o ropa para el baile y la ceremonia de graduación
- Zapatos de tenis/gimnasio (Zapatos resistentes al agua por si llueve)
- Ropa para Ejercicio
- Un par de sandalias/zapatos para llevar en el baño/la ducha
- Pijamas
- Sábanas y cobijas para una cama gemela o un saco de dormir
- Paraguas/sombrilla, o algo resistente al agua
- Almohada
- Toallas y estropajo de baño
- Artículos de baño (shampoo, jabón, pasta dental, cepillo de dientes, etc.)
- (Snacks compartidas) 3 cajitas de tu bocadillo favorito, 1 paquete/botella de 2-litro de tu refresco favorito y un paquete de 12 botellas de agua.
